Sometimes we may not get this right.  If you feel that we have failed in any way to deliver this service, please contact us.

We have an open and transparent complaints system.  All complaints and concerns will be dealt with in a timely manner, discussed with the relevant people and where appropriate practice changed and training delivered.

If you wish to raise any concerns, please call the surgery to request a complaints leaflet.  The leaflet is available in all languages and also large font.

If you think we are doing well with anything, please tell us.  All your comments will be shared with the Hill Top Team
